How to convert Postscript 1 font to TTF?

Guys,
I'm new here. Don't know much about font conversions here. I have a set of Eurostile fonts. They're in either Font Suitcase or Postscript Type 1 outline format. See attached screenshot. So how can I convert them to TTF? Please help!

One caution here: when you do convert them make sure to keep the resultant fonts to yourself and not spread them around.

Thanks guys. I tried the TransType 4. It crashes when I drag my fonts into the left panel. :(

this is probably a problem with the font, however, not the app. Granted that's a guess, but still..
