Tivoli gothic?

I'm trying really hard to identify a font. The designer says that the font he is using is "Tivoli gothic". But I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Your sample looks a lot like ITC Conduit Medium (maybe something between Medium & Bold)
It's probably artificially emboldened, that's why you have the 2 story |a|.
