A recent thread mentioned work-a-day mundane graphics. What can be more boring that a dealer price list? Yet, these little financial embassadors assist greatly in daily business activity, at least at our place. I want to make them as useful as possible.
Most books I have about typesetting are centered around making books and other items with text. Has anyone written about the design of large tabular data (other than the Tufte books)? Or is this something so basic that there isn't anything to be said that isn't covered in book typsetting?
