I can't match this....
I am having trouble matching this bevel and emboss. Really only the gray shadow around the R that is inside the white.
I can't seem to get it with a gradient of color - the dark areas and light.
Any suggestions to help?
I am working in photoshop CS6

It looks like a fairly simple emboss or pillow emboss effect in InDesign. Photoshop and Illustrator probably have similar effects. It may also have a drop shadow, or a white stroke behind the vector art to which the 3D stuff is applied.
