ID a misterious font

Hello there,
I am designing a logo for a friend and I need help identifying this font. Unfortunately I only have "E". Please help as soon as you can. Thanks ,really appreciated.

I suspect this is not the capital letter /E/ but the symbol /Є/ (Cyrilic Subset, Unicode: 0404).
If you can't find anything closer, you may like the /Є/ of Lucida Console MS Windows font, to customize it for your logo needs.
