Can anyone help me id-ing this stylish sans serif font?
Especially the ampersand is great.

Sans is Stratum 2.
Don't know the ampersand, could have been done with a mirrored /7 (rounding top angle) and a 90° rotated /c.

Or from Adobe/Bitstream Bauhaus Light.
