Gross sales figures for Nick's Fonts from myfonts.com:
Total downloads........103,999
Freeloaders.............69,482
Paid downloads..........34,517
OEM Sales..............$21,258
Total Revenue.........$515,448
Of course, that doesn't include ITC, Monotype, SignDNA or Bitstream sales, either. No wonder no one wanted to make me an offer on the whole shooting match, or get involved in my “let's cooperate-and-share-the-wealth” scheme.
So, anyone interested in a cool domain name and a killer ad concepts?
I didn't think so…

This is over 11 years or so, correct? Why should it be highly interesting to anybody (except maybe a farmer in India) to average about $50K a year, for somebody like you?

Hrant,
That's an excellent question. I wish to hell that I had an excellent answer. Although, I have only been doing it full-time since September 11, 2006, which makes the per-year figure a bit higher…
No matter: Monotype has spoken, and Nick Shinn is too precious for words…

Not that nitpicking will matter much, but: your MyFonts entry says "Participating since: Jul 29, 2001" and the first font I clicked on (Londonderry) says "MyFonts debut: May 6, 2002". And I did say "average".
