I need help creating a stable of good body copy faces for custom magazines. I'm looking for both serif and sans faces. What are your top 10 picks of the all-time best faces for quality, highly legible body copy?

Serifs I've used and can recommend:
FF Scala
Sabon
Miller (Font Bureau)
Minion (overused but dependable)
PMN Caecilia
Serifs I want to use:
Whitman (Font Bureau)
Farnham (Font Bureau)
Goodchild (Shinn Type)

You might find some of my typefaces handy for this purpose?
I would recomend the following especially:
Sophisto and Stalemate (Sans)
Delicato and Remontoire (Serifs).
