All I have is the &... this is one of 4 fonts found in this very horrible logo i have been asked to recreate :/
I think it was created in the late 90's and in the US.

Looks like a chancery script face perhaps? One of Poetica's many ampersands?

Apple Chancery, on the other hand, is almost a dead ringer -- if you add a swash...
