I'm assuming this is most likely not a typeface, but if anybody has any recommendations for something very similar that would be great.

There is no essential difference between handwriting and painting.

Some suggestions: HungLan Design fonts (Thuphap 1BK looks interesting), Fashionista (uppercases only), Pincel, DEADman, Arnova, Lassigue D'mato, Baka, Gizmo, Cocobella
