You should use the Edit link to move the thread from the "General Discussions" section to the Type ID Board.
Whatever the typeface, that M just ain't right…
"Made" is Qwigley. Hard to say for "Magazine", really too small. A suggestion though but I really doubt it could be the one: Loft
