sCan anyone help me ID the 'IRISH REPUBLIC' typeface. Also the 'To the people of Ireland'.

When was this printed?
The sans serif is similar to Franklin Gothic.

Tuscan Egyptian comes reasonably close to the typeface in "To the People...".
