Not sure, but most likely candidates are Ronaldson (which strongly influenced ITC Tiffany), or a quirky true Devinne (lowercase, very close; uppercase, not so much).

Based on the rest of the set, I think it is some form of Ronaldson (bold, outlined, engraved). Thank you!
