5 Different fonts to identify - Appreciate help!

I need to re-create this logo as the graphics no longer seem to exist. Can anyone help me identify any of the fonts in this picture? I need to have this drawn by tomorrow, and whatthefont was no help! Thank you so much for any assistance!

The main font looks like different weights of Crillee. The script is close to, but probably an interpretation of Diana Agency. The third looks like Microgamma or Eurostile with the crossbar height messed with.
