hello again guys, i need to know what font used in this graphic? i don't know was it fonted or not. or maybe at least you guys can help me find a nearest match to the design

It was done by hand; no two letters are identical. You can get pretty close to ION and OFFEE by starting with ITC Quorum Bold. Square off the corners of the O, shorten the horizontal strokes on the F and E, and experiment with some strokes, outlines, and shadows.
If you want the decorative initials, you might have to scan and trace them.
