Yes, it's Coquette rather than LD New Arrival. The LD font is now available at scrapnfonts -

Inspire Graphics keeps shifting stuff among its various sites (lettering delights, scrapnfonts, inspiregraphics) occasionally retiring some products and websites (e.g. PCCrafter) and maybe even resurrecting them.
