Need help with Handwritten Script Font ID, looks similar to Saissant?

Looking for the "celebrate" type. Looks very similar to Saissant and Vermadois, but softer and more extended? I know I've seen it around a bit, but haven't had luck finding it for purchase/download. Thanks in advance!

That’s not a font but handwritten.

It is a handwritten/drawn calligraphy font. BUT, try Jacques and Gilles by Emily Lime – it's about the closest your going to get to it. It's actually a great looking typeface, if you like the calligraphy style shown in your picture.
