I would like to know what typeface was used for the word, SOMMELIER. I don't want to offend the designer of this typeface, but it's kind of Copperplate-ish, but better.

Designed by Pavel Emelyanov (bigger samples here). The other one, with round-topped /A could be Revolution Gothic (or PAG Revolucion, all by Ryoichi Tsunekawa).
