Can someone please let me know where I might be able to find this font used for "Aesthetic interlude?" Or if someone knows the name of the font, it would help a great deal.I found it on a bloggers page. Thank you in advance.

This looks a lot like Mortimer Leach's hand-lettered Bodoni.
There is a similar digital version, the one used for your image, that is called Didi by ICG, but the contours have lots of things to be fixed (like the counter of the 'd').
I would recommend James Montalbano's Terminal Design 'Yo Andy' or 'Yo Frankie' families.
