I am sure there are good substitutes. For one there are the resent re-work of Unger himself of Capitolium 2 and Coranto 2 by type-together.com Then there is Milo serif, and I am sure many more. Unger’s work is influential.

If it means the font is released in a limited edition, Brighton-based Colophon do that; some of their typefaces are limited to 50 or 500 'editions'.
