I've been traying with every tool I find online to identify this font but it's worthless.

It's from the front page of the first edition of The Phenomenology of the Spitit by Hegel, I don't know if the period and location help.

The online tools usually compare your image against a database of modern Digital Fonts.
For a text so old, there is always the possibility that the actual (wooden/metal) font is not transferred to a digital one, or to find a digital variation which is close but not an exact match.

I think Romana Medium / Romana Bold is a good starting point for your search:
