The words are Algerian.

I don't see any examples but these two.

ATech Software/Algeria Th Bold.ttf

The original (from the early 1900s) is Algerian.

The Algerian by font mesa, isn’t it? It has been also used for the banner for Alvarez vs Mayweather Tickets and live streaming banners.
