Help identifying fonts used in a company logo

This logo was created by someone at my company before I was hired, but no one knows who designed it and all that we have now is this low-res .JPG file. Can someone please help me identify the two fonts used so that I can re-create it myself? Thank you so much.

"HEARING" could be HelveticaNeue LT 35 Thin
"express" is Amienne by Typodermic

That's amazing, thank you. I tried using whatthefont but it didn't work so well. I'll definitely look into that software.
