From a thread here, Magazine redesign needs help, the authour made the comment “…I wish there was a font vender that let you set a page of text instead of just one line.”
Does anyone know of such a thing?
Something like this? https://www.typotheque.com/fonts/PDF_Tester
fonts.com does let you set a couple of lines.
I think that in general, if you ask the foundry, most will set some text for you in the font and e-mail a PDF it to you.
This is how you do it boys! :-)
(All Nina's work.)
Ourtype does that. You have control over size, leading and alignment. The PDF however is converted to outlines, they do not embed the font into the PDF.
