From a thread here, Magazine redesign needs help, the authour made the comment “…I wish there was a font vender that let you set a page of text instead of just one line.”
Does anyone know of such a thing?

I think that in general, if you ask the foundry, most will set some text for you in the font and e-mail a PDF it to you.

Ourtype does that. You have control over size, leading and alignment. The PDF however is converted to outlines, they do not embed the font into the PDF.
