Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!
It's draughtsman's lettering, ie. someone has used drawing tools like rulers and a set model for constructing letters. Some contemporary fonts are based on (similar, but different in details) draughtsman's lettering, most famously FF DIN.
Another typeface that might interest you is Kade.
