IT appears I can, but I try to create a new forum post and all I get is:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, itadmin@punchcut.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Andrew — Double-check the naming of your file. If there are any spaces or unusual characters, the system may reject it. If this is not the case, then it’s something else and we’ll need the Punchcut IT guys to figure it out. I know that there have been some problems with uploading from certain IPs and configurations.
Terrence — Your blog post was flagged as spam because of all the artist links and subsequently placed in the moderation queue. I think that’s why you got the server error message (not sure why the system responds with an *error*, but that’s not my department). It’s been cleared now and you’ll find it in the blog section.
Thanks for the report, guys. I'll work with our IT group to see if these leads help isolate the bug.
In the meantime, use an image hosting service such as http://flickr.com or http://imgur.com to upload your image, and use IMG tags to insert your image.

I am curious I might even be able to post a comment here. I seem to be unable to post squat. error messages abound.
