First Edition of University Newspaper
I've just brought in a redesign of a student newspaper and would be interested in your thoughts on it. Next issue goes to print next week and we want to make it (even) better :)
You may particularly like/dislike my article on fonts on page 7... used throughout is Utopia, with Gotham Bold signposting/pagenumbering. The main logo on the front page is Futura Bold.

I couldn't navigate the website. Never got to page 7.

They use issuu to handle the pages. Try clicking on the left/right edges of the magazine to leaf back and forth.

Yea, and issuu is being weird and not allowing direct download.
Will put a PDF link on our site when I get into the office tomorrow...

(For issuu usage: it's best if you click "expand" and view it fullscreen. It's a full-size tabloid newspaper with 7.5pt text so not going to be readable at two pages 600px across.)

All too true. A 1024px screen is really pushing it with the eye strain. Ouch.
