The Tuscan style can be found at Font Mesa (at MyFonts). Without checking I am not sure what they called it, but Saloon Girl was similar, if my recollection is any good.
The other lettering is one of Nick Curtis's, called Coventry Garden, I believe.

With further review of the FontMesa collection I think this is Main Strike (see http://new.myfonts.com/fonts/fontmesa/main-strike/)
