I think that it's Karolys Italic with a line added to look bolder, or Karolys Bold if it exits. Haven't found it digitized though. This sample is from Modern Display Alphabets and you can also can find it in the Moderne Alphabets: 100 Complete Fonts book, both from Dover.

You could get something very similar by artificially obliquing Koloss but some of the characters (the c for example) are off.
