Are you sure this is a typewriter? It sort of looks like it's based off of one of those little label making devices:

Not sure what these things are called, but if you can find out, it might be helpful to your search.

Yeah, it could be a label maker font. It's not Dymo, though...the "I" is noticeably different.
Judging by the O, I think this is a better match: http://www.dafont.com/impact-label.font
