I'm looking for some information regarding this ornate Caps,
which i believe are from wood letterpress and date form the 1800's.
Technically, this is a monogram (see, for example http://new.myfonts.com/fonts/intellecta/intellecta-monograms/ and http://new.myfonts.com/search/tag%3Amonogram/fonts/)
Also of interest for ornate caps: http://www.briarpress.org/cuts
Thank you for your answer!
A monogram composed of two letters if the same woodtype alphabet from the Victorian era. Most likely I would say they match some south European kind of Tuscan letters.
Thank you again for your replay.
I didnt know the work of Intellecta Design,
and I am in great admiration of it.
