Hi! If somebody is looking for a font made from "real" wood, consider this: http://www.youworkforthem.com/product.php?sku=T0595
This would look very snazzy in design or fashion magazines. You can get this from the smart guys at youworkforthem.
Quote: "Limber Limb is a high detailed, hand drawn alphabet design with the visual nature of real wood."

Ceci n'est pas une wood type.

The Intellecta foundry has produced some revivals of traditional "line-drawing illustrations of letters made from pieces of wood" typefaces.
I think that people expect "Real Wood" fonts to be similarly naturalistic or representational.
But your typeface, to its credit, is an original concept and a new stylization.
You do it a disservice to describe it in the same manner as Intellecta's unimaginative and unoriginal history-mining.
I would say "Wood Never Looked Like This Before!" or possibly, if you're feeling on top of the world, "Wood Never Looked So Good!"
