Odd looking serifed font

Not sure if this is an altered serifed font or not. Thanks for any help in advance.

A Didone--probably Bodoni--probably colored white with a heavy back stroke...

Yep, Nick's right. The little bit on the 'N' shows it wasn't done by a type designer or with much care. Avia is an actual typeface in this style.

As Nick said. And, looking at the N, not a very good job at that.
