Nouveau Initial Cap ID HELP

Anyone know what font this is (if it even WAS a "font") or any initial cap font that approximates it or at least has the feeling of it? I'm stumped.

It reminds me of a David Rakowski font called Showboat. The proportions are a bit different but the effect is similar, allowing that the woodburned letter is simpler.
