(x) Exterior Theatre Sign 1940s? / Tuscan - probably lettering, not a font {Andreas H}

This is Exterior signage of the Juliet Theatre (now Café) in Poughkeepsie, NY. Opened in 1938, and believed to be original signage. Any help would be much appreciated!

They call this kind of typefaces "Tuscan". Maybe there is no digital version at all.

The 'E' might be customized off of a 'C' as well.
