Can anyone help me identify both the script and the capitalised serif in this old Waldorf Astoria ad from the 50s?

Waldorf·Astoria is probably custom. The "Supreme in the art" text is set in Typo Script, and the tagline is most likely Ultra Bodoni Extra Condensed. Both are foundry types from ATF.
