Need to id this for work...not sure if the little points halfway up the strokes have been added or not (what do you call those? filligrees? spurs?).

I think 'spurs' works for me. Did you try searching Letterhead? or looking for 1800s styles?

yeah...nothing on Letterhead (unless it's discontinued). I'll try your 1800s query tip.

I think the spurs where added (maybe by the mean of reproduction), from the same source typeface from where comes this one:

If you are willing to settle for something similar, but already 'Tuscan-ized', you could try Tuscan Gothic from Solotype.
