Help needed on Ken Garland / Ranking typeface

Hi all, i'm trying to ID the font used in the logo for destroy Rankin on this site: http://www.youthmusic.org.uk/rankin/ it might also be the same as the font on this Ken Garland cover: http://farm1.static.flickr.com/34/114709753_5246626047_o.png

Justin Thomas Kay created a font called Garland Monospaced based on the Graphics Handbook cover by Ken Garland. I'm not sure if it's for sale or just a portfolio piece.
