Wondering if this is a custom job or a typeface? If custom, is there anything existing that would be similar?

I think it is custom drawn, but a few fonts might be similar. One is Cabarga Cursiva, and another with a more script-like feel is Gneisenauette from Linotype.

Thanks Mike. Cabarga Cursive with the inline taken out does the trick.
