This is likely a squooshed Square Slabserif 711.

Hmm, but the M doesn't match.

Isn't that a knockoff of City? Same problem with the M and other small details. I wonder if this font is not a cheap knockoff of etiher?

Square Slabserif is commonly known as Berthold’s »City«.

The sample above looks like a squooshed Alexandria by Hank Gilette.
