Anyone know this font?? It looks like Goudy Handtooled font

I'd say it's lettering, not a font. The strokes on the upper and lower lines are the same weight even though the letter sizes are different. And the inline strokes on the two Es are subtly different.
If you are happy with a similar font: ITC Century Handtooled Bold …
