This one has me stumped
Me too. Do you have any more letters? The Serif Font ID Guide should help, but all this gives me is the 'a' and an ambiguous 'y' to use in the key letter search. I tried WhatTheFont with this image, and got bogus choices.

That's Sylfaen I think.
Bingo. One of those pesky windows fonts
Good one, Ben! I was thinking FF Eureka.
Sylfaen had stumped us before.
Something about the pointy flat arches on the m does it for me. Gosh, looks like everybody was stumped on that other thread!
I see I need to add a couple of other ways to describe that 'y'. I missed it because I kept picking the wrong y tail shape. I don't know what I was thinking when I coded it the first time. ;-(
That sample isn't very good - it's not really so blobby.
I would call it a "sheared flare" or an "adnate wedge".
The descriptions are not made in words for the Serif Guide. You make a choice of which y seems closest to the one in the font. It was coded to choose the 5th y, but I expanded it to allow the 2nd and 4th as well.
