The top one certainly began as Stratum 1. I would assume the bottom did too, but Stratum 2 with the flat terminals.
This comment is obviously late by two years - but the font is Combat (Stencil Oblique Alpha in your examples) It was specifically designed for Nike.
(I design Nike Apparel and have access to all of these fonts)
Thank you Daniel for the definitive answer. Nike fonts are pretty regular guests of the Type ID Board.
