Help. Searching for this font

I'm enamored by this font. It looks like a Chancery like font with Flourish Caps but I haven't been able to find it anywhere.
Anyone have a clue where this is from and the name of it?

It sure looks like a font was used, but I can't say it looks like anything I can recall. The leaf-shaped swash terminals should be good earmarks. It could be a custom font designed for the stationer (in order to prevent desktop customer end-runs to save money).

The only thing I can recognize here is the ampersand which is from Balmoral but other than that.. I'm still searching..

Looks like a combination of Adobe Caslon Italic Swash with Adobe Caslon Italic Small Caps and some custom work added in for good measure.
