Rounded Sans Italic with Perpetua-like g

Hi folks,

This sample was sent to me for ID help, and I have run out of ideas. Identifying italics is a pain, because most sites make you examine the Roman samples first.

Anyone recognize this? Thanks for your help.

Thanks Dan. The Perpetua-like g was not a coincidence then, as Eric Sans is based on Gill's work.
