I have the feeling that’s an handmade illustration. However, searching for “fat” at MyFonts could give you some interesting alternatives. For the N: http://new.myfonts.com/fonts/subcommunications/subelek/heavy/ For the E: http://new.myfonts.com/fonts/facetype/grafinc/extra-black/
Yes, I forgot that thread. Definitely N and E from Baby Teeth/Fatti Patti. The K seems custom.
