It looks like Power Station Block by Michael Doret. And "This ain't no" appears to be Ale Paul's Bello.

Bello is very nice for sure but not by Ale Paul but from Underware.

Whoops! Thanks for correcting me on that point, Jan. I think I've gotten into the habit of thinking that all my favourites in the handwritten-style genre must be by Ale Paul.
