Tim Buckley 1960s record cover typeface

A friend asked me to ID this typeface, but since it's from a record cover from 1969 it must be from before my time :)

WhatTheFont also doesn't know.

Any ideas?

It's similar to ITC Tiffany, but certainly not the same. If you're looking for something close, might be a good place to start.
