Well, it’s a pixel font.

The CSS declaration says:

font-family: Monaco, Verdana, "Courier New", monospaced;

I see Monaco, 9pt.

Hm, for some reason my machine displays Monaco as pixels (no anti-aliasing) up to 10 pt.

Yep, mine too. I guess that’s the intended behaviour.
