Similar to my own Chromatose if you want a free* alternative. In fact, this looks like it could be reproduced quite closely with fontstruct.

Another very close one is Bevel, by Nathan Cox. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the designer of this poster had outlined and customized Bevel.
